• Purchase details: your name, email address, ticket quantity and the event you bought for.
• Account details: your email address and one-time sign-in codes (which expire after 10 minutes).
• Promoter applications: the information you submit in the form, such as your school, Instagram handle and phone number.
• Referral data: the promoter code attached to your visit, stored in your browser for up to 30 days.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To issue and email your tickets and to check you in at events.
• To sign you in, and to credit promoters for sales they referred.
• To reply to your messages and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We only send transactional emails, such as tickets and sign-in codes.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember a promoter referral code.
